SHOP POLICIES
The majority of Lost in Play products on our site are "Made to Order". This means there will be a processing delay of up to 3 days before postage. We will keep you informed of each step of your order by email.
1:ORDERS
All orders will be processed within three working days due to our rural location,
2:SHIPPING
All orders are sent via Australia Post track and send satchels. This means you are able to track your order once it leaves our office.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
Gift shipping is available, please contact us before placing your order.
4:RETURNS
Any returns must be approved within 7 days of receipt.
